Because thousands of workers and residents have already left the city, there is now a 35% Commercial Vacancy Rate. S.F. commercial values down 75%. Basically, the only remaining businesses are the ones that are yet tied up in real estate contracts. The CVS Management has called San Francisco “the epicenter of organized retail crime in the country.” Stores now lock up the candy and ice cream. The Jewish Joy was taking a crap on the Nordstrom elevator. Yep, Nordstrom retired from having to clean Jewish Poop off their elevator floors, almost daily – wasn’t good for the Rich Clientele. Walgreens stores are being hit, some twenty times a day. In 2022, a San Francisco hardware store lost $700,000 to shoplifting crime, with losses as much as $1,800 per day. Car rental agencies are going broke. Safeway reports a hundred shoplifting catches per day – yet, the police just laugh. Many stores have more thieves than customers. Insurance firms have lost over forty billion to fire damages; many are now pulling out of the state.
And because these Children of the Jews haven’t even been potty trained, cleaning Human Poop is a million-dollar Cottage Industry.
