Therefore, O Palestine, return unto the Lord thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity. Take with you these words of Jubilee, and turn to the Lord: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.
Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon him while He is near: let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.
I am commanded to say unto you, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts. Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. Seek ye out of the Book of the Lord, and read: not one of these promises to you shall fail!
Behold, your heart shall now turn to become like that of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, lest the Lord comes forth in wrath and destroys the entire world. But unto you that learn to fear the name of the Lord, shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and you shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall, and you shall learn to tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.
Thus saith the Lord unto Zion, Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. A new heart also will I give you, and a new Spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and you shall keep my judgments, and do them...
And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and you shall be my people, and I will be your God; I will also save you from all your sins and transgressions. Then shall you know that I am the Lord your God, which caused you to be led into captivity among the heathen, but I have gathered you unto your own land, and have left none of them any more there. Neither will I hide my face any more from you, for I have poured out my Spirit upon the Rife Remnant, saith the Lord God.
Yes, O Palestine, you shall now come to know the Lord your Savior, and thy Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob. For thus saith the Lord, Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am He that doth speak: behold, it is I. And you shall know that I am in the midst of Palestine, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed...
And it shall now come to pass, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all who serve me in Palestine; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. And it shall now come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord has said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.
Therefore, O Palestine, let this word be unto you as refiner’s fire and like fullers’ soap, that you may be purged of your sins as gold and silver, that you may learn to offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness; then shall the offering of today’s Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord, as in the days of old, and as in the former years. You shall return and learn to discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serves the Lord and him that serves him not, regardless of self professions...
Then shall you remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and you shall loathe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations. From the time that this Jubilee Proclamation goes forth it shall overtake you with wisdom: for morning by morning shall it pass over all lies, by day and by night it shall conquer all false doctrine: and it shall become a vexation to you when it shall make you to understand the sound doctrine of Jehovah, your Lord and Savior.
As the Lord has anointed me to preach Good Tidings unto the meek of Palestine, He has also sent me to bind up the brokenhearted of Gaza, and to comfort all that mourn in the West Bank and Jerusalem, and the camps of Lebanon and Jordan; likewise, will the Lord pour upon the House of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and supplications: and you shall look upon your Savior whom your fathers pierced, and you shall mourn for him as one mourneth for his only son, and you shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn; yes, there shall now be great mourning in Jerusalem for the one and true Messiah, the Savior of the world.
Now, dear brethren in Palestine, know this, that your fathers acted in ignorance, for this is how God fulfilled what He had foretold through your own prophets, saying that your Savior would suffer for the sins of the world, yet, also know this, this is the time of your refreshing, your own Jubilee Restoration, and therefore the Lord now commands you: Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, for your own Spiritual refreshing shall now come forth from the Throne of the Lord.
And you shall ask of him in that day, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then He shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.
